The facilities are very complete, and the staff speak English and are very willing to help. The room is very new and clean. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I'll book this hotel again next time.

We booked for one night with breakfast. At check-in, we explained to the reception that we would be checking out before breakfast and asked them to pack it for us to take away. They said 'okay.' In the end, no breakfast was prepared for us in the morning, and they claimed they didn't remember our request. Basically, they decided to save money on us. We ended up checking out angry and hungry. The room was clean, BUT the toilet/bathroom door was framed with a mirrored panel, allowing you to see everything happening in the bathroom through the reflection. This detail seems to be specifically designed for some fetishists. There's no door in the shower, so water just flows onto the floor and splashes everywhere.

Complaint was addressed immediately, and maintenance staff promptly arrived to fix it! Excellent service! Most staff members were kind, and this is the first time I've seen kimchi for Koreans at breakfast. They really understand customer needs. Most of the food was to my liking.

As expected from a 4-star hotel, it was incredibly clean and excellent. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was exactly what you'd expect from a hotel! It was great to have a gym too. Breakfast was also good!

Clean, tidy, convenient, and affordable. The breakfast was very good, but it would be even better if the variety changed daily!
