This hotel was recommended by my Mongolian colleagues, and it's excellent value for money. It's cheaper than the hotel next door, but the quality is much better! Mongolia in December is absolutely freezing, I was shivering the whole time!!

The hotel was located right across Sukhbataar square and 1 km from State department store which made it really convenient to go around walking. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and the breakfast Buffet had a nice spread of local Mongolian cuisines as well as western options. The Hotel also features 3 bars and a lounge on 23/F with amazing views of the city and nice food. Highly recommended for stay in Ulaanbaatar.

The hotel is pretty old, the location is perfect. Not 200% clean because I found pretty much every day some hairs in the bathroom which weren't mine. Overall ok, clearly not the usual 5 star hotel standard but there is room for improvement.

I had previously stayed at the ibis and decided to change to a hotel that was more downtown. The location is very good. The bed was good. Wi-Fi worked. Shower was nice. Desk staff was helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

To be fair no concierge! Even they will tell you that Im not going to talk to you. Lol! Expect some 3 star services and amenities while you paying for 5 star. Lobby have that smell. Maybe toilet or sewer leak. Otherwise, location is top.
