The accommodation was incredibly spacious. The interior was also very clean, which made me happy. Since it's located on the outskirts of the city, there wasn't much traffic congestion, making it convenient to get to the airport.

The place was clean, and check-in was quick even though it was late at night. It's also close to the airport.

Everything else was great. Just one thing: on the last day, as I was getting ready to check out, a staff member came in without knocking. That was really rude. I've never encountered such a situation before.

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were diligent. However, the hotel's liaison for Trip.com customers provided very poor service. They did not address or act on my request to adjust the check-in date, even though it was still a month away, which significantly impacted my overall experience. Similarly, the Trip.com liaison for this matter was also very poor, offering only robotic responses and showing no effort to advocate for the customer. When I return to Ulaanbaatar in the future, I will not choose this hotel again. The prices are comparable to five-star hotels like Kempinski, but the service is far from it.
