It is a slightly distance from old Ulm. Need to get there by bus or tram. Overall is good. Room is clean quiet and staff nice.

I found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent.

Hotel di recente costruzione vicino alla stazione, Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Ulm. Il parcheggio sotterraneo disponibile è a prezzo conveniente. Occorre ricordarsi di mettere il cartello Do not disturb onde evitare che già alle 9:30 qualcuno voglia pulire la stanza

Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber nicht zu klein. Der Preis ist sehr gut.
Der Check-in hat zu lange gedauert und das Frühstück ist zwar ok aber überteuert.

隔音差，在車站路軌的旁邊，晚上每當有火車經過就會很噪，完全沒有隔音可言。
洗手間內的廁紙，變黃變黑亦提供予住客使用。

Leider kein Online Check-in möglich, wie bei anderen B&B Hotels, somit mussten wir lange an der Rezeption warten, bis wir den Schlüssel bekommen haben, da 3 Leute vor uns waren und die Rezeption nur mit einem Mann besetzt war. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr möglich, somit nicht in Anspruch genommen, da zu früh. Aber günsitg für 10,50 €/Person. Sonst ein schönes Hotel, nette Einrichtung, alles neu renoviert, leider kein Balkon. Keine Schlüssel, sondern Code zum Eintritt ins Zimmer bzw. ins Hotel. Zum Münster musste man ca. 15 min zu Fuss laufen, geht also von der Lage. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ulm würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

酒店就在火車站附近，走路過去500多米吧 不算遠 。早餐就是連鎖酒店那種中規中矩 。房間乾淨衞生 。有一個很大的落地窗 。雖然是連鎖酒店 但是房間的大小適中 。整體來説還是比較滿意的 。下次來肯定也是首選 。
