Hotels near Boksan Catholic Church, Ulsan

It was next to Youth Street, so it was really convenient to go out for dinner even though it rained :) It was next to Taehwagang River, so the view was great! It was really nice for a family stay :) We didn't cook anything at the accommodation, but it was nice that there was an induction washing machine^^ It was the accommodation my parents liked the most during our trip!! It's one of the accommodations I want to go to again~ It was a little disappointing that there was no underground parking and the parking lot was mechanical.

Facilities: Complete facilities, the room is larger overall, and the sound insulation is slightly poor Cleanliness: The room is cleaned every day and is very clean. Service: Overall, it is quite attentive. The only drawback is that there is no laundry room. If you stay for a long time, you can only get laundry service.

The location of this hotel is great. I spent a night here with my friends and after a great sleep in their very comfy rooms, we grabbed a very good and delicious breakfast at the hotel buffet and then we went walking hoping to find a cute coffee shop. I'm not kidding when I tell you we found almost 7 extremely cute coffee shops just 10 mins away by foot. Besides the location, their facilities are pretty great. Their rooms are big and clean, with very comfortable beds and also a great bathroom with a large vanity and a really nice bathtub.

It was the second time we used this facility. Every time when we stay at Shilla... we were satisfied with their food,service and amenities. Amenities in the room were very organized, and quality was excellent. I'd like to recommend Shilla hotels to my friends who's scheduled to travel in this area of Korean Peninsula.

The hotel is in the city center, close to shopping malls and restaurants, coffees etc. and also very close to the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal. Plus if you coming from Taehwagang Station you can reach the hotel by walking too. They have 24h reception and they speak english. The room was very standard, nothing special, but quite clean and compared to other places I stayed in Korea, the mattress wasn't extremely hard, but perfect. Apperantly there's a buffet breakfast until 9:30, but I couldn't try, because I slept in. Would choose Toyoko Inn again anywhere.

I really cannot fault this hotel. Comfortable room, well made up every day, friendly and welcoming staff, clean, breakfast to satisfy just about everyone. The buffet dinner was a little overpriced and did not vary much but there are plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood. My highlight was the pool and spa. The hours did not always fit my schedule but I was sometimes able to swim before dinner when the pool was almost empty. Recommended.

I booked a standard single bed room. A room just for sleeping Moreover, a single is an uncomfortable room just for sleeping.... You can think of it as such. On the other hand, it is cleaner than the motels in the neighborhood. I had Western breakfast.. Next time, I should try Korean food The words 'good-looking dog apricot' keep coming to mind. I'll go again.. Ah~~ There is a valet parking fee 5,000 won.. You can make a reservation at the kiosk on the first floor and only pay by card.

Our son and his family have moved to Ulsan about a year ago for work in the shipping industry and this was our first visit. His work colleague recommended this hotel and helped us book it. The hotel was spacious and clean, the room was comfortable, the room amenities included toothbrushes and bathrobes as well as the other usual toiletries. The staff were very professional and pleasant and spoke English well. The buffet breakfast was diverse and plentiful. The food included traditional western breakfast foods (eggs, cereal, toast and pastries, sausages, fruit, etc.) and Asian offerings such as noodles, dumplings, fried rice, soup, and a variety of salads, cold cuts and cheeses as well as meat and fish dishes). Milk, juices, coffee and tea were also offered. The food was tasty and plentiful, and ended up being our primary meal for the day because we weren't very hungry for the rest of the day after indulging in the breakfast. There is a kids activity room in the hotel that we didn't use, but that looked really fun. The gym was one of the best, and well equipped hotel gyms we have ever seen and experienced. The pool looked great, but there is an extra charge to use it and we didn't have time. The tavern overlooks a lovely garden and waterfall. Parking was very convenient. The tavern offers a nice cocktail and beer menu, but when we tried to order a martini, we were told that we could only select from the menu and that no other options were available. Not a big deal, but rather surprising. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is right across the street from the main entrance to the Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard, and also across the street from the large Hyundai Department store. All those locations were walkable, as was the local market street, the nearby hospital, and many of the residential high rises. We didn't walk to the beach, but we could have. We were visiting family with a 2 year old so we didn't go to restaurants while we were there. Of note, the location of this hotel is actually Dong-gu, which is the equivalent of a large American suburban town to Ulsan. It is quite far from downtown Ulsan, and about a 40 minute taxi ride from Ulsan station. There is no easy public transportation from Ulsan or the station to Dong-gu. From what I could tell, and from what my son tells me, you either need a car, or need to be willing to take taxis to go very far away from Dong-gu to any attractions or tourist destinations. We were very please with our experience at the Hotel Hyundai and will definitely stay there on our next visit.

One of the best hotels in Ulsan is right in front of Ilsan Beach, which has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The rooms are pretty big for the hotel's price, with a separate shower and bathtub, and they are clean and quiet. I didn't have the opportunity to try the hotel's breakfast or the restaurants. Definitely stay again next time there.

Such a beautiful hotel located at the beach . Clean and top north service . The staff are so professional and they speak English very well. Just that Ulsan East Sea area . So lovely to relax and chill . Definitely will come back and relax myself again . And I witness a very good sunrise from my window ❤️.
