We were very satisfied with our stay in Ipoh this time. All three rooms were spacious and the beds were very clean. Both bathrooms were also spotless. The apartment had a washing machine, dryer, and a water dispenser with cold water. We drove from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh and arrived at 10 PM. The staff were very friendly and still replied via WhatsApp to guide us through the check-in process, which was also easy to understand. There's a convenience store downstairs from the building, and it's only a 3-minute walk to Sunway Lost World, which is super convenient. Although there's a construction site nearby, we didn't hear any noise at night. We'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Ipoh to see family or travel.

The hotel's location is excellent. You'll need to pick up the keys and access card from the mailbox. I recommend getting there 10 minutes early as many people tend to queue at the front desk for check-in.

Overall are okay but the king size bed mattress is sagging. We saw cockroach in the bedroom. Can have better improvement.

Both toilets smelled strongly of urine and were not properly cleaned. Everything else was fine.

Perfect stay for my family definitely with a great and wonderful view from the balcony.For sure I will come again.Facilities also complete with washing machine and cooking equipment are available to be used.

The place is nice and decent. Cleanliness is ok. But for the price, better amenities and some coffee and tea ought to be provided. The place is good for those wanting to visit the Lost World of Tambun.

Really amazing place! The view is awesome, the location is perfect, and LWOT is literally right at your doorstep. Having a washer and dryer was also a big plus. The only downside was that there were no mirrors in the rooms, which would be an easy fix, and the cupboards were a little dusty, especially the top shelves. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back again! 😊
