The room is an apartment which the reviews did not indicate. Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Nice view of the hills. Condo amenities, nice big pool, a lovely lake. Service staff were very nice and professional, and really helpful. But do note that the hotel is a distance away from town, about 20 mins drive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The service was excellent, and everything was well organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is surrounded by mountains, offering beautiful views and fresh air. The room was also clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. Since the hotel is located in Ipoh, it would be great to include more local specialities, such as Ipoh white coffee, bean sprout chicken, and other famous Ipoh dishes. This would make the breakfast experience more memorable and give guests a taste of the local cuisine.

The environment here is excellent, and I'll definitely stay again next time. It's perfect for a vacation, especially for seniors and children. You get mountain views right from your room, which is ideal for those who love peace and quiet. In the mornings, you'll see many people exercising there.

This hotel is perfect for anyone looking to relax, nestled in lush greenery with a beautiful karst landscape in front – it feels like being in a jungle. The best part is definitely the pool overlooking the lake. The apartments are very nice, large, spacious, and well-furnished. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

The room was spacious and the living room was fully equipped. It felt like facing the tropical rainforest, very quiet, and the pools were numerous and fun. There's a 500-meter lakeside running track, giving you the feeling of running in a tropical rainforest. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel has strict security management, and the overall environment is very quiet, making it a great resort for long stays.

The value for money isn't great. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. For almost 1500 MYR for two nights, the room was just a regular apartment, which honestly was quite disappointing. There wasn't much of a view from the room, and no plates, bowls, or pans were provided, making the kitchen useless. (The cake in the picture is highly recommended, but not related to the accommodation itself.)
