The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat

We had a wonderful stay in Banjaran hotspring. Even though there was some issues with the facilities which comes with age and need more maintenance and care. We have complimentary visit to the adjacent theme park and enjoy it even though it was very hot and sunny. Breakfast was good with unlimited ordering from menu. But on 3rd morning, we didn't feel like eating the same food. Wish the menu is changed every alternate morning.

Beautiful resort with spacious room. Fantastic service and amenities. Set in lush greenery and against the beautiful limestone caves of Ulu Kinta. Breakfast is included and offers both local and international cuisine…small servings so you can order multiple dishes. We also had dinner in Jeff’s Cellar….fabulous food albeit a little pricey.

I had such a wonderful experience at Banjaran ! Staff are friendly and helpful . Kudos to receptionist Susan as well as Grace and Daniel from Jeff Cellar ! Will definately be back again !

Excellent breakfast, excellent service from all the staffs and a must try at Jeff Cellar, cannot find else where.

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Staffs were friendly, buggy service is efficient, hot spring pool was good, room was spacious and very comfort to stay, just the breakfast very limited choice. Overall still a great experience!

My stay at The Banjaran was a truly rejuvenating experience. Surrounded by nature, lush greenery and peaceful surroundings, it was the perfect place to slow down, disconnect and simply enjoy some quiet time. I loved the sense of privacy and calm throughout the resort, which allowed me to rest both physically and mentally. The natural hot springs, beautiful landscape and serene atmosphere made the stay even more special. It was wonderful to step away from the usual busy routine and just recharge. A peaceful and refreshing escape that left me feeling relaxed, renewed and ready to return again.

I enjoy the hospitality so much. Breakfast was great. Massage was fantastic. The villa was clean and hotspring was so nice. The only thing i dont quite like is the breathing yoga instructor coz he was not friendly at all.

My third stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The peaceful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail are exactly what keep me coming back time and time again. A special highlight of this visit was dining at Jeff's Cellar. The setting inside the limestone cave is simply breathtaking, and the fine dining experience was outstanding. Another wonderful stay, and I'm already looking forward to returning again.
