Nova Highlands Resort & Residence (D)

Had a great stay at Nova Hotel and will definitely return. Walking distance to Kea Farm around 600m walk and TF mart that has all the essentials you need right at the basement parking. The parking costs me around RM22.50 for 2 nights, I never drove the car out once inside. Though they did stated the daily maximum parking rate is RM7.50 so I don’t know on that, maybe you need to exit at least once a day, will try that next time.

The location is great, and the room is very spacious. It's perfect for two people and offers excellent value for such an affordable price.

1. Pro - Nice view, strategic , clean room , near to market and eateries, easy to check in 2. Kon- parking need to pay every time in and out and its quite expensive, kitchen very basic..only microwave, I bought some simple veg to cook but end up no stove but it was mentioned there is a stove when booking No daily cleaning is done though we stay there for 3 nights, , we clean on our own , we throw rubbish ourself.. only towel is provided when asked to replace

Easy self check in, spacious room, good customer service, lot of store downstairs

The hotel very clean, however there some plugs that cannot be use. During the stay, i enjoy the facilities. They provide everything in details.

Self check-in process was easy. Overall, the stay was not bad — the room was spacious and clean, and the location is nice.
