Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu

Hotel have a nice view of the ocean, but the only bad thing at the hotel is there old air conditioning s. But for Palu as considered as a very small city, it works. Cause there’s no a lot of options.

Good location besides seaside. Serves nice variety breakfast.

A great place to stay in Palu. Every time I visit my family I stay at this hotel. Beautiful view of Palu Bay, helpful staff, and a great location because it is close to the big mall (around 10 minutes on foot). The hotel also close to a bus stop (but the bus timetable is uncertain), and one of the convenience store, Alfamart. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the TV has international channels as well. My favorite is the view of Palu Bay from my bedroom. Breakfast selection is great, although I wish they offer more local snacks or cuisine. The hotel have a nice cafe on the second floor. The gym is small, but clean, and I was the only one there. The staff are helpful and they also assisted me with the taxi for my early morning flight. The only drawback is the internet connection. Although it is strong, it often cuts off, so I have to check my internet connection several times a day. However, this is still my favorite hotel, so I would love to come back here again and again.

My first time in Palu, nice hotel and amazing staffs. Dewi and Areef are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
