First Camp Nydala-Umeå

Great experience. Cabin was very comfortable. Should also be very appealing in spring/summer time.

Had a 1 night stay in a motorhome. Quite a good camp with excellent childrens playground and bouncy ' castle'. However I had paid and booked for mini golf, but due to illness did not use.I was refused a refund. DON'T prebook the mini golf as you won't get your money back. Just book it when you want to play.

Never again! Unfriendly and seriously un-engaged staff at check-in. Just pointed at a box and said “there” and of course the keys wasn’t there. No bedsheets in the cabin and when I went all the way back to the reception as was greeted by an empty face. No excuses no nothing. Just threw some bedsheets at me. The cabin itself was ok but ’m never saying here again due to the non existing service and unfriendly staff.

Showers dirty and smelled like sewer, water was cold and kitchen dirty. Writing this at 12:30 because someone is blasting music in or by the camp and I got a flight in the morning and am about to leave for a hotel or something better then this dump. One plus is the employees seem nice but needs to be better managed

Very nice place with plenty of activities available. Sadly during the weekend there were many young people driving in the area with loud music playing all through the night and the cabin had no sound proofing so did not get much sleep.

Hello. We spent one night in Umeå. There was plenty of space at the campsite, probably due to the time of year. We did not see a single living staff member. Nevertheless, everything worked quite well. You could, however, pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the toilets and shower facilities.
