The hotel was booked out but the owner was able to find us a room with our own private bathroom. The bathroom was outdoors just around the corner from our bedroom. The AC unit was broken upon arrival, although it took awhile to fix, the owner took prompt action and was very kind to us. The experience started poor but better throughout our stay.

We were originally planning a couple's trip, so we chose this option. It turned out to be the perfect choice! Decent grounds and responsive staff. The manager is always on top of things, taking care of guests. Individual attention is given to each guest's needs 24/7. The shared kitchen and family atmosphere are a delight! There's a spa and massage salon on site, and a bar with everything you need is right next door, in the same area at the entrance. Those looking to relax are always welcome. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. I recommend the villa and want to return to experience this vibe again and again.

В целом удачное местоположение ,до моря идти минут 15 но вокруг есть все , куча кафешек , аренды Байков и обменники , номер изрядно подуставший , но кондиционер новый и работает супер мощно , большая общая кухня со всем необходимым , куча всяких зверьков на территории из минусов могу отменить тить только наличие комаров

Останавливались здесь на 4 дня. Гостевой дом удобно расположен в центре города. Рядом находится кафе с мексиканской кухней - примерно до 22-23 ч там музыка, но она не сильно громкая. Есть общая кухня, где можно готовить, стабильно работающий вай фай. Хозяин, который помогал в решении вопросов. Номера разные: есть очень хорошие, на 2-м этаже. Есть попроще и маленькие на 1-м этаже. Из неудобств - не организованы места хранения: нет шкафов и крючков для одежды, крючков для одежды .

Everything is old, everything is dirty!!! It's just awful!!! The doors, the walls, the furniture are scary to touch!!! In ten days of stay, the room was never cleaned. They swept it once at my request and that was it!!! They used the same broom they sweep the street hallway with... I won't even mention the bathroom... The breakfast is a complete disaster!!! ONE egg, bread with butter or jam, and tea!!! ONE EGG!!! We paid 10,000 for breakfast, they could have fed us better!!! Other hotels nearby give fruit, fresh juices, sausages, and at least two eggs!!! If you're looking for peace and quiet, then definitely don't come here. There's a cafe nearby with music until 1 a.m., and then the cafe workers sit around chatting!
