It was straight

This room was the worse I have ever seen in all my travels. There were large dark stains all over the carpet. There were smaller dark stains all over the couch that looked like it was from a junk yard. There was dark yellow urine in the toilet bowl that had been there for a couple of days. The bathroom smelled of urine. The AC did not work either. Although I traveled all day, I could not sleep because it was so disgusting. I checked out early the next day. I requested a refund after submitting pictures and was denied. I would not put my worse enemy here. It should not be on *********

Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay here

The building was clean. The staff was attentive, courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was ok. The bath tub could use an upgrade and the pool was closed. The location is good, near a movie studio and plenty of food choices. There was plenty of free parking. I did not see a business center.

Staff was nice. Tv did not work, the shower was leaking water. The elevator goes up but you have to walk down. No phones in any of the rooms. You can not call to desk. You have to walk down. My card got charged twice.

We checked in, the room had an odor, no pillows, no pool (as advertised) no microwave, the heater didn't work and the sheets were soiled. The floor was dirty as well as all surfaces. We canceled immediately and had to find another hotel late at night. I am currently waiting on my refund

There continental, hot breakfast is literally just sausage

Didn't eat breakfast but the room wasn't cleaned well and the entire room smelled of mildew... This use to be my go to when I'm in the area but as far as comfort goes, it has really declined.... The room had like an old outdated feel to it...

The hotel is great. I was wary about staying here after reading some of the previous reviews, but my experience was wonderful. I had no issues with the room and the staff was very nice and helpful.
