初めての長崎県旅行でまず来たのが雲仙のこのホテルです。 【部屋】 部屋に入ると雲仙の湯畑が目の前で感動。広くて清潔、テラスもついていて部屋についているビールを飲みながらリラックスでき、最高でした。 普段温泉旅館では落ち着かないの浴衣ではウロウロできないのですが、館内着は着心地がよく、これで食事をいただきにいきました。 【温泉】 部屋にある温泉風呂はとてもリラックスでき、アメニティも質が良い。なにより、いつでも何度でもざぶんと入れるのがとても良いです。最初は大浴場がないのはちょっと残念かもと思いましたが、むしろ最高でした。 バスローブもあるので、風呂上りはこれを着てテラスで涼めました。 【食事】 洋風コースで、魚も肉もなにもかも美味しい。朝食は和食、洋食を選べます。和食にしましたが、これまたすべてが最高に美味しかったです。食事のスペースもレトロな感じですばらしい雰囲気です。 【スタッフ】 とても親切で、気持ちよくすごせました。 【その他】 2つのカフェエリアがあり、アルコールなどが無料で楽しめてお得。絵ハガキを無料で送れるサービスなどもあり、優雅な時間を過ごせました。 【総合】 良質な温泉と美味しい食事、温かいサービス、私のこれまでの中で最高のホテルでした。 遠くてなかなか来られないですが、このホテルに泊まるためにまた長崎県を訪れたいです。ありがとうございました。

房間非常乾淨整潔，而且在日本很少有這麼大空間的酒店。每個房間都是獨立的一個house，且門口有停車位和小小的庭院。內部有床，也有榻榻米的茶室，還配有整體浴缸，獨立衞生間。非常適合一家人或者親朋好友一同出行入住。晚上看看電視，大聲説話也不擔心會吵到隔壁。 服務非常貼心，進屋就贈送了自選解渴冰鎮冷飲。加上老闆地道的澳門港普，瞬間在日本把彼此距離拉近了。 酒店還有比其他租車公司更便宜的租車服務。 臨走時老闆還順路將我們送到了最近的JR站。 總之這間店，這個澳門老闆温暖了我們，也美好了此次日本之行！真心推薦給大家！

島原の中でも最上級のひと時を過ごせるホテル。部屋の広さは申し分なく、ホテル全体が清潔に保たれていて快適だ。特に本館は有明海に面しているため素晴らしい朝焼けのオーシャンビューを堪能することが出来る。西には大きな災害をもたらした雲仙普賢岳があるものの、火山の恩恵の一つである温泉も楽しむことが出来る。島原港へのアクセスもよく、フェリーで大牟田や熊本へ足を運ぶことも出来る。 しかし、ホテル周辺はレストランがほとんどなく（あってもホテルから離れているところが多い）、ホテルにレストランが併設されているが連日のように混雑している。食事処に苦労するだろう。ポータブルWi-Fiを所持している場合、館内では非常に繋がりにくいか全く繋がらない（外に出れば繋がる）。ホテルにも無料で利用できるWi-Fiサービスがあるが宿泊者共用であるため、ネット環境に四苦八苦するかもしれない。特に食事は重要であるため、事前に空き時間等を確認しておくとよい。またホテルの収容人数に比例して温泉もそれほど広くない。特に温泉のサービスが終了する22時～23時は混雑するので、その時間の利用は避けることをお勧めする。 It is one of the best hotels in Shimabara. Onsen is not so large compared to the number of people who can stay. In particular, it will be very crowded from 22:00 to 23:00 just before Onsen service ends.
