Home Hotel Uppsala

Staying at this hotel was a very enjoyable experience. The location was very convenient, being right next to the train station. The rooms were a bit small and dated, but they were clean, and the bathroom was nice. The best part was that the windows opened, allowing for fresh air. The breakfast was quite good; it had almost everything, and it was of high quality. The dinner was the biggest highlight of the hotel and was very successful as well. We were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. We were very pleased with their high energy and the warm welcome we received.

Outstanding! The staff were courteous, the accommodations were clean and inviting. The breakfast was amazing as was dinner. They even had wonderful gluten and vegetarian options. The dinner cook Jimena even went out of her way, which was so appreciated. We would return here without a doubt.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean room. Excellent breakfast with a great choice. ‘Fika’ (sweet treats and hot drinks) available from 3-5pm and buffet evening meal also included, which makes the hotel excellent value. Convenient location, just a short walk from the bus/train station and all the main sights.

The front desk was unable to provide the room I had reserved and paid for. Unfriendly staff.

We were able to check in several hours earlier. The front desk staff was very helpful. She helped us book our Uber to the airport for the next day and offered suggestions on what to visit in the town. The breakfast and supper were very good. Lots of food options to choose from.
