The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo bay

I had a great overall experience staying at the Park Royal Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay for my Disney trip. (I initially considered the Hilton, but decided against it when rooms became available later, as three nights would have cost over 500 more in taxes, so I settled on this one.) The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are clean and modern, and the pricing is reasonable. The triple room I booked was comfortable, and one of the beds was convenient for organizing my belongings. The lobby features a charming wooden decor, creating an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel provides an exclusive shuttle bus service to and from Maihama Station and both Disney parks, making it easy to get to and from the theme parks. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is not an official Disney partner hotel, so the shuttle convenience isn't on par with the Hilton. The shuttle drop-off point isn't in the core park area, and if the shuttle is full and you can't board, you'll have to take a taxi back. The triple room was spacious and included a microwave, which was very useful for heating food. The front desk staff were friendly and the luggage storage process was smooth. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer bellhop service to deliver luggage to your room after check-in, a convenience many other hotels provide. There's a large Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and daily necessities at night. The shuttle bus has operational gaps, so sometimes I had to take a taxi to and from Maihama Station. The shuttle route goes to Disney Land first, then Disney Sea. On several occasions when returning from the parks, I couldn't easily find the pickup point and had to take a taxi back. If I stay here again, I'll need to meticulously check the shuttle schedule and stop locations in advance to plan my transportation. As an added bonus, I requested a room near the elevator, on a high floor, with a view of DisneySea, and the hotel was able to accommodate my request perfectly.

This is genuinely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Aside from the incredibly clever use of space, being a new hotel, the design is incredibly user-friendly. Just the fact that the toilet, shower, and sink are all in separate areas shows how smart the design is. The room itself is also very spacious, featuring a large sofa, a table, and a microwave. The bedding is super comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet. The mini-bar is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils, and the toiletries are thoughtful and comfortable. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to both Disneyland and DisneySea, as well as JR Maihama Station. Plus, there's a 24-hour Lawson downstairs. Truly a comfortable and wonderful experience all around.

This hotel is new and conveniently located near the sea. The self-check-in process was very smooth, and I used the luggage delivery service upon check-out, which made traveling with kids much easier. There's also a self-service luggage storage room available. It's very close to DisneySea, and you can even see the Tower of Terror. There are shuttle buses that take you to both Disney parks and Maihama Station (where you can catch the Disney Resort Line). Each floor has self-service amenities like toiletries, an ice machine, a water dispenser, and ironing facilities, plus baby toilet seats. There's a self-service laundry room, but it gets very crowded on weekend evenings, and the availability status on the in-room TV is often delayed and inaccurate. The ground floor common area has a reading nook, perfect for working, and building blocks for kids to play with. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor with a good selection of items, which is very handy.

Close to Disney and Ocean Park, with convenient parking right under the hotel. However, getting ice was a real hassle as most of the ice machines were broken. The laundry room was also frequently busy and insufficient for the number of guests.

We stayed in a triple room, and each person had their own outlet, so no need to fight with friends for a charging spot. The room was clean and tidy, and even had a bathtub and a microwave – very comfortable and I loved it! Even with three suitcases, there was still plenty of space to walk around; it didn't feel crowded at all! The breakfast was diverse and plentiful – super great!

Booked this for a family trip to DisneySea. While there's a shuttle, it was also an easy walk to get there. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious. Having a convenience store was a plus, and the in-room microwave made it easy to heat up food. When moving to another accommodation, I took the shuttle to the station.

The hotel is clean and new, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. There's also a convenience store inside the hotel, which is very handy. The only downside is the limited free shuttle bus service, making it a bit inconvenient to get around.

The hotel is spacious and offers great value for money. We booked the Sapphire room, and each person had their own bed. There's a free shuttle bus to Disney/Maihama Station; just wait at pillar C3. You can get the bus schedule from the front desk. The last bus returns from Disney at 10:20 PM. The breakfast here was the most abundant of our entire trip, and you can see the ocean from the window. The hotel is a bit far from other restaurants, but there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor where you can grab snacks and drinks when you return in the evening.
