This is a Disney Partner Hotel, with a shuttle bus directly to both Disney parks, and the service is very frequent during peak hours. A pleasant surprise was the guest lounge on the first floor, offering soft drinks, beer, candies, snacks, and a self-service pancake machine – truly a re-energizing station for visitors. On the other side of the hotel, there's an Aeon mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. The hotel room was clean, though the soundproofing was just average. It even came with a leg massager to relieve fatigue. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Disney.

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay is a great choice if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea, as the hotel is very conveniently located near the Disney area. The downside is that it’s quite far from the main tourist areas of Tokyo. Getting to the city centre and major sightseeing spots can take at least 45 minutes, often with a few train transfers. However, the area around the hotel is very convenient. There are several shopping malls with plenty of restaurants, arcades with lots of claw machines, and supermarkets just across the road. The hotel is also right next to Shin-Urayasu Station. There’s even a Lawson convenience store right at the hotel entrance, although it can get quite crowded late at night. The best part for me was the room — it was really spacious, and the beds were comfortable, making it a great place to rest after a long day at Disney. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, especially for Disney trips. I would definitely return!

Extremely convenient, perfect for a trip. The food is great, both kids and adults loved it. The subway is right next door, and there are supermarkets and restaurants everywhere. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and hope to stay here again.

Excellent location, just one train station away from Disneyland. But the best part is that the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Disney, with plenty of departure times throughout the day, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right across from a train station and even has direct access to the station from the hotel, making it super easy to get around. It is also very family-friendly and has some amazing amenities. For example, they provide complimentary skincare sets for women that you can pick up in the lobby. They also have an afternoon amenities service with soft drinks, waffles, and sweets for the kids, as well as beer and sparkling wine for adults. Such a nice touch! The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! The breakfast area can get quite busy, but it is absolutely worth it, and the waiting time is not too long. There is a great variety of food, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed every moment at this hotel. Highly recommended for families!

Disneyland friendly – Only 10–15mins from Tokyo Disneyland, with a convenient free shuttle bus service.

This was my second stay here, after a 7-year gap. This time, to avoid the hassle of switching hotels, I decided to stay for a full 9 days. First, the positives: 1. **Great Location & Easy Access**: It's right outside Shin-Urayasu Station on the JE line, directly accessible via a connecting skybridge. 2. **Convenient Amenities Nearby**: There's a large shopping mall close by with plenty of dining options, and a Lawson convenience store downstairs. 3. **Free Disney Shuttle**: They offer a complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland. 4. **Excellent Airport Bus Service**: The airport bus stop is conveniently located at the hotel entrance. We took the earliest bus at 5:10 AM to Haneda Airport and arrived in about 40 minutes. 5. **Kid-Friendly Feature**: There's a projector on the second-floor reception area that keeps younger children entertained, which my child really enjoyed. Now, for the downsides: 1. **Shift Towards Budget**: Compared to my stay in 2019, it feels like the hotel has adopted a more economical approach. Is this a post-pandemic consequence? Disposable amenities are self-service on the second floor, and their quality is quite mediocre. 2. **Surprising Housekeeping Policy**: Upon check-in, I was explicitly told that housekeeping would only be provided on two of my nine days (once every three days), with only towel changes on the other days. I thought I misheard and had to confirm it. Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered such a policy in all my domestic and international hotel stays. I can understand changing bed linens every few days, as I don't change them daily at home, but being told that actual cleaning services wouldn't be provided at all on certain days was a first. This wasn't the case in 2019, and there was no mention of this policy in the hotel information on Ctrip, which surprised me. After complaining to Ctrip, the issue was resolved, and daily cleaning was provided thereafter. If they're not going to clean, then they should reduce the room rate for those days. But the daily rate remained the same, so why wasn't my room being cleaned? 3. **Lack of Guest Hospitality**: My 9-day stay was to celebrate my child's 4th birthday. I emailed the hotel beforehand, hoping for a small cake, which most hotels in my home country readily provide. However, the hotel's reply only provided a link to an all-Japanese website for me to purchase and reserve one myself. A 9-day stay for a birthday, and that's all they offer? It really felt like the hotel has no guest courtesy policy. 4. **Subpar Room Cleanliness**: The room cleaning was generally poor. There was dust on the kettle and table. On the day I checked in, I even found a pink hair tie left by the previous guest in the light trough behind the headboard. Perhaps because I stayed here in '19, I had certain expectations. But times have changed, and it seems the hotel's operational policies have too. Guests should decide for themselves if it meets their needs.

This is my second time booking a hotel in Urayasu City. The first time, I stayed at the one next door. Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) highly recommended it, but I didn't find it to be anything special back then. Too many hidden ads on Xiaohongshu, I guess. This time, since I was also visiting Disneyland, I booked the Oriental Hotel. I saw it last year and felt it was quite a large-scale establishment. Check-in is on the 2nd floor. It was very crowded, but the process was surprisingly quick. There's also a pretty big welcome lounge that's free to use after 3 PM, offering drinks, alcohol, ice cream, and more – it's fantastic! The only downside is that the hygiene is just average; they don't clean or tidy up, only changing the bath towels, which feels a bit rough around the edges.

The room was clean and tidy, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was plentiful, and overall, my stay was quite good. You can take a direct bus from the airport, and the lobby for check-in is on the second floor after you get off. There's a subway station and a supermarket nearby, and a convenience store right next to the hotel. However, the hotel is a bit far from Disneyland, especially when returning to the hotel from Disneyland at night, it gets very crowded. I recommend leaving a bit early before the fireworks end to catch a ride.

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, they have a dedicated shuttle service! The hotel lobby offers complimentary drinks and snacks, and that pancake maker is pretty cool. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, and the freshly squeezed orange juice is fantastic.

The hotel is very very nice with very generous breakfasts. Great facilities and bathroom. However, I don’t understand why the staff gave me a simplified Chinese instruction while she has my Hong Kong passport in hand. She was very nice and immediately changed it back to English, but I just don’t understand why as a staff she doesn’t even know the language used in a city.

I forgot to take pictures, but there's a direct airport bus from Narita Airport that drops you off at Shin-Urayasu Station, which is super convenient. You'll find convenience stores, a subway station, and a mall, all within easy reach. And for Disney, it goes without saying, the hotel makes it incredibly easy to get there and back. Breakfast was delicious too 👍🏻

Love this hotel so much! Provide all the necessary toiletries for both kids and adults! Many food varieties for kids in the breakfast buffet and free shuttle bus to disneyland!

The hotel probably needs a renovation. The breakfast area was incredibly crowded, and there were queues for both breakfast and the elevators during peak hours. It's definitely convenient for Disneyland though.
