This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was great both times. They offer a shuttle service to Maihama Station, and there are dining options and a tax-free SIEMS supermarket nearby. It's also a quiet and pleasant place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary transport to Maihama Station, which made our daily travel so much easier and stress-free. Getting to and from Disneyland and other nearby spots was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we truly appreciated the convenience the hotel provided. Highly recommended for anyone planning to visit the Disney area or explore around Maihama!

Location is very quite got Lawson and 7-11 very near. Hotel got provide shuttle bus to Disneyland from and night need to make a note on the schedule. Breakfast is very nice choices is same for 2 days and breakfast time end at 9.30am because we reach at 9.20am learn things the hard way 😆. Room is ok ok not very big and not very small because we booked the theme family suites. Got provide hair dryer. Son is excited when see got some big t-Rex at the lobby

Dinosaurs-manned reception was quite amusing. We encountered problems with the check in machine and human staff had to step out to help us. Location wise, it’s a bit out of the way - we had to take bus from train station. But it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels near Disneyland.

Amazing hotel with cool theme for kids. Super clean and staff super helpful even though it’s a robot hotel. Recommend it specially if you visiting Disneyland, very close.

This hotel is so cool when check in.The public transportation is very convenient to this hotel. This hotel is nice and clean,and also did provide amenities.There is shuttle bus available to the station. The service is good.Highly Recommend

Location is great! Short bus ride from Maihama station. Room isn’t the cleanest, abit dusty and has a musty smell. Aircon is sooo noisy. The beds are the worst! Paying such a price for a mattress that’s only about 6-8cm thick. Super hard mattress, and cramp room. Only good thing were the free shuttle to Maihama station and the proximity to station via public bus.
