Great hotel to go to Disneyland, great breakfast and kid friendly. only downside is cleanliness I will give 4 out of 5 compared to other hotels

Frequent shuttle service to Disneyland. The rooms were spacious and spotless. There's a public bath on the top floor. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located on the ground floor. Every floor is well-equipped with amenities including a microwave, water dispenser, ice maker, and coin-operated washer and dryer. Overall, I was extremely satisfied!

A four-bed room, which is quite a rare find! For Japan, the room size was surprisingly decent. We could just about fit three 20-inch suitcases, though we had to open them when needed and then close them immediately. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was especially convenient. It was super handy for visiting Disneyland. The convenience store on the ground floor sorted out our breakfasts for three or four days.

Absolutely fantastic! We chose this hotel for our Disney trip, and it offered excellent value for money! The hotel is just across the street from a lovely seaside park, complete with sprawling lawns, ocean views, a sports club, and a playground for kids. It's spacious and uncrowded. Although we hadn't realized check-in on our first day was at 6 PM (I was a bit confused, as I'd booked three separate nights with varying check-in times listed, some 3 PM and some 6 PM), we simply headed to the park first when we arrived at 5 PM and couldn't check in. The weather was humid and hot, but none of that dampened our spirits. It truly felt like an ideal spot for a vacation. After checking in and getting to our room, we found it a bit cramped. We had booked a triple room (as only adults could have separate rooms, and I was with my two children, a triple room was our only option). Despite the size, it was well-equipped with three beds, a sofa, a table, and a TV. The separate toilet and shower area also felt a bit cramped. However, the highlight was the public bathhouse on the top floor, where we could soak in a hot bath and wash away the day's fatigue – I truly loved that!

Staying here during vacation to disneyland. Nice hotel. There is convinient store also. Kids corner also available. Nice for family.

A nice hotel, with foot massager in the room. Very thoughtful service, made us feel so warm to stay here, especially after a long day walk at Disneyland. Hotel has free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. The morning buffet was superb. It has chocolate fontain. Will stay here again.

Staff ignored me abd would only look at my husband when we arrived. There was Jo coffee. There was poop stains on the walls. There was no cream or sugar. They were nice enoigh to hold our bags at the hotel while we had not checked in yet

Definitely would come back! Has a free onsen perfect for a tiring day at Disneyland or DisneySea, they even offer free tattoo cover ups as well! Such a rare thing for a hotel with Onsen and kids are allowed in as well!! We got the 4 pax room at such a steal for family friendly hotel! Free shuttles to Disneyland and DisneySea! And more importantly a Lawson just down the lobby for anything you need!

Great hotel, the facilities and staff were amaizing and the location is fantastic with great views, parks and abundant trees around the area, perfect if you want to have a relaxing time with your family. Also they have a free shuttle bus service to Disneyland and Disney Sea which is very handy. The only downside is that it's far from the rest of Tokyo (about 1hr by train to most of Tokyo's landmarks) but worth if you want to relax and have more greenery away from the city's congestion.
