The room is very welcoming and the bathroom also very spacious. The restaurant connected to the property is good and the prices are fair. Unfortunately, the road to reach the farm is unpaved, steep, unlit and poorly signposted if you arrive from the state road (Google Maps, among other things, indicates an incorrect point).
Furthermore, the entrance has some high steps, which makes access with suitcases inconvenient. Despite *******'s filter, breakfast was not included in the reservation, although it was available for an additional price.

Wonderful place, great food and super-fast service. I will definitely go back and try the gourmet pizzas. The starter was excellent, the tagliatelle was delicious, the grill was good and the sweets were delicious.

Isolated and panoramic position among the Marche hills but which did not guarantee tranquility due to the restaurant almost always open in the evening. Renovated and clean rooms but dark and small, so much so that in the quadruple room with kitchenette and living area that we had booked they had to remove the table and chairs before our arrival. The structure's proposal to eat outside on the common patio was not made practicable because the table was used for the restaurant's seats and we found ourselves waiting hours before being able to eat or forced to go out. Pleasant outdoor spaces but not always well organised. Poor hospitality and customer care. Be wary.

Cozy place in the hills, just outside Urbino. Very rich menu, generous portions, cuisine worthy of the most demanding palates. The staff, including the four-legged ones, are very welcoming. We should return in the summer for the panoramic swimming pool...

Here you eat well, excellent first courses from tagliatelle with ragu to cappellacci with truffle. The mascarpone is very good. The only problem is too much waiting between one course and another. Large outdoor space perfect for playing with children is perfect.

Very characteristic place with a beautiful view, polite and kind staff (even if not specifically present and easily identifiable, given the absence of a reception), tidy and clean room potentially for a nice stay of relaxation and rest, even if the The boys' sofa bed was rather uncomfortable due to the size and consistency of the mattress. I advise against going there on public holidays if you are specifically looking for relaxation and rest (August or Sunday for example) as the philosophy of the place is to maximize external entrances to the detriment of guests (for example the possibility of positioning oneself by the pool rather than at the interior of the poorly maintained "lawn" located separately from the swimming pool itself). It's a shame because the price instead made you think of something more exclusive for those who stay overnight... mea culpa, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully...

Disappointing in every way, late access to the swimming pool, no way of knowing where we are placed without asking 3-4 people. The name luxury when you have to come and help yourself from a buffet, too bad. In any case it may be a bad day but very disappointed.
