I highly recommend you avoid this hotel. The price is right, but the accommodations are wrong. The whole property needs an overhaul. Don't believe ANYTHING on their website. No breakfast. No Bar. No Pizza restaurant. Air conditioning in the hotel is broken and doesn't work. The rooms we secured had AC units in them that barely worked, but the room smelled like mold. No lamps. No soap. No towels. No dishes or cups in the kitchens. Burnt out Refrigerators as TV stands. We checked into apologies from the sweet front desk gentleman about not having rooms for all of our party. I was offered an apartment that reeked of smoke. Dusty bed comforter and no lamps, just a ceiling light with a florescent bulb. Our party left after we found another accomodation within a few hours. It was that bad.

Hotel a few minutes by car from the historic center of Urbino, kind and smiling staff, large room and good breakfast, but…everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned, rearranged and renewed: old furniture in the room, a bit of a bad smell in the corridors, carpet not very clean. For one night, however, it can be done.

Terrifying. The only people who should visit this hotel are those from the USL. All hygiene and safety rules are violated. Hotel still in the 80s with carpeting throughout the hotel including the rooms. Dirty and smelly especially in the elevator where the ashtray with cigarettes is. And it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s. Uncomfortable bed broken shower air conditioning not working and very noisy like the fan in the bathroom. The sparkling water bottles that were in the fridge had been recycled and filled with tap water. When we went down to mention it we were told it wasn't possible. We had to call the carabinieri. And finally for one night 95 euros. A night of hell. Obviously I do not recommend it

Una struttura modesta. Sono abituata anche a sistemazioni semplici purché pulite e confortevoli. Non ci siamo. Contrariamente a quanto mostrato sul sito si tratta di un hotel mai rinnovato con arredi risalenti agli anni ‘80. Mal messi e logori. Riscaldamento in stanza funzionante ad attivazione meccanica. No coperta. Solo un frusto copriletto. Materasso a molle esausto. Nella hall cabine telefoniche e altre memorabilia vintage un po’ tristi e malinconiche. Il tempo si è fermato in questo che mi sorprende sia un albergo tre stelle S nel 2024. Colazione old style ma varia buona e abbondante

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. il titolo della mia recensione è dovuto al fatto che la struttura ha uno stile anni 70, tutto richiama quel periodo, dagli arredi all' illuminazione; ma al di là del primo impatto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, compensano ogni cosa La stanza era pulita, a terra non c'è la moquette come nei corridoi e la biancheria del bagno e del letto assolutamente pulita Una menzione speciale alla colazione, varia e abbondante: dal dolce al salato, frutta secca, semi, succhi Struttura assolutamente consigliata

Il personale è gentilissimo, la colazione ottima e con tanti prodotti freschi. Le camere sono grandi ma datate e i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una pulizia intensiva con l'anticalcare, non si può vedere una vasca con gli angoli incrostati di calcare arancione!. Frigobar rotto e cassaforte inutilizzabile.

Camera molto spaziosa e anche carina. Pulito. Anche se da modernare un po soprattutto il bagno e i Sanitàri . Ma nel insieme un bel soggiorno. Personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio. C'è molto di peggio in giro.

Ho dato 4 stelle perché l'hotel sicuramente ha tante pecche,stanza molto piccola,bagno privato con 🚿, ma io ho speso veramente poco con booking,parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel,alla reception gentili,si trova a 2 km circa dal centro, ha anche una fermata 🚌 davanti all'entrata.

Già dall'esterno si era percepita una certa trascuratezza, all'interno gli arredi sono anni 80 tanto legno e pelle, occorrerebbe una svecchiata. Tante le tracce del passato. La camera era pulita, ma il bagno assolutamente da riprendere... Colazione abbondante e varia Prezzo adeguato.
