I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Ureshino Station, which needs to be booked in advance. The staff were very friendly throughout my stay, and the room was large and comfortable. I highly recommend the tofu hot pot for breakfast.

An upscale hot spring ryokan. You have to take off your shoes upon entering, so the floors are spotless. The staff were very patient and attentive, and the room was incredibly spacious.

The staff were incredibly attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room was clean and had a calming atmosphere, allowing us to relax completely. We also loved being able to try various types of Ureshino tea, which was a real treat for tea lovers. It was a wonderful experience! Both the staff's service and the cleanliness of the room were excellent. This is definitely a place we'd love to visit again.

Would definitely return to this hotel. Our room was very spacious and most importantly clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Their English were not very good but they tried their best with hand signals and mobile translators. We had breakfast included and the food was plentiful and delicious. The hotel offered a pick up and drop off service to and from the train station which is extremely useful. Overall a great stay.
