The front desk staff is very nice. There is no elevator in the hotel. The staff helped carry the suitcases up the long stairs to the room. The renovated hotel is very clean and the bed is comfortable. One room and two meals are provided. It is a great stay experience.

A friend of mine booked three rooms for a trip of 6. It may be because the hotel is old and the electricity tripped three times during our stay when we used the hotel kettle to boil water. The stairs are shaky and may be inconvenient for older people. It is very friendly to be able to use the private soup for free, and the breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious. I took three baths in one night. The hot spring water was so smooth and comfortable. I will use it again when I visit Ureshino in the future.

A more traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel, about 8 minutes away from JR station, and requires hotel pick-up. I tried both the indoor and outdoor hot springs and they were very good. The dinner was exquisite and of good quality. The room was a bit cold.

After taking the Shinkansen to Ureshino Onsen, we went to the tourist information office next to the station and called the hotel staff to order a shuttle bus. The hotel picked us up in about ten minutes.
The decoration of the hotel is very atmospheric. At first, I was a little confused inside the hotel. There are many passages. I walked around to understand it first, and then took a dip. Ureshino Onsen really deserves its reputation! The water is crystal clear and silky. After soaking, it feels like applying body lotion, making you sweat all over.
