This newly renovated hotel is incredibly beautiful. It offers a pool, clubhouse, and lounge for a resort-like stay. The hotel staff will even take you to the rooftop (specifically, the top of Cave Hill), where you can enjoy a pristine view of the valley and sunrises and sunsets. While not overly touristy within Cappadocia, it's a short walk to Urgup, where you can easily shop for local souvenirs. There's also a lovely hammam along the way. I'd particularly recommend this hotel to those with a more youthful, stylish sensibility rather than a more mature, more mature, and sophisticated clientele.
Unfortunately, despite being summertime, the winds were strong during our trip. Our three-night stay in Cappadocia meant the hot air balloons didn't take off on any of the days, so we ended up staying an extra night at this hotel. Not only did they handle the extension of our stay, but they also helped us out at short notice by reserving the hot air balloon, arranging leisure activities for the extra day, changing our flight, and arranging taxis for transportation. Despite our limited Turkish language skills, they were always there to assist us, always with a smile. I'm truly grateful. When I finally reported that the balloon had taken off on the fourth day, they shared my joy.
All hotels in Turkey are full of hospitality, and the staff at this hotel also quickly remembered the guests' faces, making my stay there very comfortable. Thank you very much.
