We went with my wife and 5-month-old baby. Mr. Cafer and his staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean and we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much. We will go and stay again. The breakfast is amazing and it is a business that you will not regret.

The reason why my wife and I loved Cappadocia so much, which was our first time, was not only the fairy chimneys, castles, valleys, underground cities, restaurants, and balloons, but also the friendly approach that welcomed us at Masal Cave. With the contributions of Cafer Bey, who is also a balloon pilot, Sefa Bey, who can fly and fly any kind of extreme sports vehicle, and all the staff who contributed to the delicious food and accommodation, we returned home with many memories that we will remember with happiness later. The rooms are really modern caves that give the feeling of belonging to another world and time. Their interiors are both appealing to the eye and at the same time quite spacious and functional. Although there are different types of rooms in the hotel, the room we stayed in had a very large bathroom and an area inside that could be converted into a pool. The food was extremely delicious. Even though we missed breakfast, a table was prepared for us. We were always asked how we were doing, and coffee and tea conversations never ceased. There was a management approach that made every moment of the stay feel like home, and cared about the troubles of its guests. Our tour and balloon were arranged immediately. In short, everything we wished for in this fairy tale came true immediately :) A little advice for those who want to go; renting a car is a reasonable option, as you know, it is a very wide geography, but you can also reach Göreme, Uçhisar, Avanos from Ürgüp by minibuses. There are many places to see, many things to eat, and many activities to do. Therefore, we recommend that you allocate at least 3-4 full days. Finally, as Ebru and Atıl, we will definitely come to Cappadocia again and we will not think for a moment where we will stay when we come.

Masal Cave Suites Hotel’de Masalsı Bir Konaklama! Ürgüp’te geçirdiğimiz bu konaklama, hem konum hem de deneyim açısından beklentilerimizin çok ötesindeydi. Otel sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde şehir merkezine ve Göreme Milli Parkı’na çok yakın konumda, tam bir avantaj sundu (merkeze yaklaşık 900 m) . Oda sayısı sadece 8 ile sınırlı ama her biri doğal taşla iç içe, şirin ve konforlu şekilde tasarlanmış. Biz jakuzili oda tercih ettik ve hem yatak konforu hem de banyo deneyimi gerçekten olağanüstüydü . Günlük kahvaltı, içecek ikramları ve otelin sunduğu ATV, atlı safari ve balon gibi aktivitelerle bölgeyi keşfetme imkanı bizi çok memnun etti . Özellikle personelin güler yüzü, misafirperverliği ve ilgisi bize kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi.

Başta isletmenin sahibi Cafer Beye, sonrasında da görevli arkadaşlar olan Kadir bey ve Emine hanıma samimiyetle teşekkür ediyorum. Hem Avrupa ülkelerinde hem de Türkiye'de onlarca yıldızlı ve butik otellerde kaldım. Ancak Kapadokya gezisi için referans arayan ve yorumlara bakan arkadaşlara cidden tavsiye ediyorum. Güler yüzlü hizmet, ilgi, alaka, yardımseverlik, hijyen, oda dizaynı ve birçok konuda beklentilerimin çok üzerinde bir butik otel. Fiyat performans olarak tek kelimeyle mükemmel.
