An absolutely wonderful hotel with professional staff. To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma.

The duvet in the room was damp. However, the room itself was beautiful and the price was great! Overall, it was pretty good.

The only drawback is that the toilet doesn't have a door; it's just separated by a curtain. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant hotel.

The room's decor was indeed nice, and the service was also quite good. However, the facilities and maintenance felt inadequate. First, the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted manually. Although a remote was provided, it was useless; to control the air conditioning, you had to call the front desk and ask them to adjust it for you, which was extremely inconvenient. Also, due to the cave setting, the room was very humid and hot, making a wall-mounted air conditioner completely ineffective. Furthermore, for some reason, even after I told the hotel to turn on the air conditioning, they would automatically turn it off after a short while. I had to call them three times to ask them to turn it on again. It wasn't very user-friendly. Also, the large bathtub had many broken tiles and small shards of glass; it's best to clean it yourself before soaking. Finally, the hotel breakfast was far inferior to that of any five-star, or even three- or four-star, hotel in China; the variety was limited.

A very good hotel with excellent facilities; I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel parking is very convenient, the design is unique, the service is satisfactory, and there is a tray of water in the room, which is very warm! The only inconvenience is that the suitcase needs to be carried up! A good experience!
