The room design was simple yet stylish, but what impressed me most was the bedding – the mattress was just right, and there were multiple pillow options, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with strong water pressure to wash away the day's fatigue. The hotel's attention to detail truly shines through, from the ample USB charging ports by the bed to the smart room control system, all reflecting their dedication.

Excellent hotel! I had a terrible time with my nasal passages, constantly sneezing and feeling allergic after arriving. The lovely lady at the front desk, who I assume is the manager, made me two coffees. After taking my rhinitis medication and drinking the coffee, I felt much better, though I'm still uncomfortable, it's a huge improvement from when I first arrived. The dryness really irritates my nasal membranes. A big thank you to the wonderful front desk staff, they were so nice. The breakfast was great, the mattress was very comfortable, and the laundry room's dryer worked perfectly. Overall, it was a very good stay.

For my trip to Urumqi this time, choosing the Atour Hotel (International Grand Bazaar South Gate Metro Station) was a truly satisfying experience, and I have to give it a full five-star rating! The location is a huge plus. It's just a few minutes' walk from the South Gate Metro Station, and you can easily walk to the International Grand Bazaar. Getting to Hongshan Park is also very convenient. Downstairs, there are many food shops around, making it easy to try local delicacies and buy specialties. It was really hassle-free for getting around and enjoying food and shopping.
