I booked this for a friend who had a train to catch at 5 PM. I specifically called the front desk to arrange a late check-out until 4 PM, and they agreed, saying it was possible if we left a good review. However, my friend received a call at 2:30 PM, urging them to check out, which was quite frustrating. Also, you can't park directly in front of the hotel; you have to drive a long way around and call to park underground, which is very inconvenient.
