Urumqi Tianyuan Jingyi Hotel (Tianshan International Airport)

Out of over 30 hotels I've stayed at, this one has the most comfortable pillows in terms of height. The front desk staff were very patient and the room layout was excellent, appearing very clean. It's about a 3-minute closer walk to the airport than Jingrui. After inquiring, I learned that Jingrui is a slightly more budget-friendly hotel than Jingyi, and apparently, the soundproofing is the same. While staying at Jingyi, I could hear some noise from the hallway at night, but everyone was quiet. Around 1 AM, I could occasionally hear planes, but it wasn't loud. Overall, great value for money! 👍

Just go for it! I booked this hotel based on good online reviews, expecting just an average one-night stay, but it totally exceeded my expectations! Clean, clean, clean – seriously, I can't stress it enough. From the room to the restaurant, the attention to detail was amazing! Plus, it was incredibly quiet, so I had a fantastic night's sleep. Xiao Ma and Xiao You at the front desk provided thoughtful service to our tired group late at night, and the shuttle driver helped us with our luggage, making guests feel incredibly happy during their stay.

This is the best value-for-money airport hotel I've ever stayed at, thumbs up! There's genuinely no airport noise! Everything else is as good as previous positive reviews have mentioned, so I won't elaborate.

I stayed for a day during my layover and then for two more days on my return trip. It's incredibly convenient, located right at the airport exit—just follow the corridor (pictures 1 & 2), turn a corner, and you're there. Taking the subway from the new airport requires transfers to the airport rail, which is a hassle with luggage. The beef fried rice I ordered was also quite a good value and good quality. What I found perplexing was what looked like a humidifier on the bedside table (picture 3). The first time, I left it alone. But on my second stay, I tried to move it to another spot, only to find that it seemed to have a large, open tray of water underneath. When I lifted it, almost a bowlful of water spilled out, drenching a good portion of my pants and shoes. There was also a puddle of water on the glass bedside table itself; I didn't notice it at first because the glass was clean, but I ended up putting my phone on a large puddle when I went to sleep. If you want to provide humidification, it shouldn't be such a large item taking up a quarter of the bedside table, and there should be a warning about the water. Couldn't it be placed somewhere else?

Facilities: The hotel, which just opened in 2025, is fully equipped with everything from a TV and refrigerator to automatic curtains, and all the amenities are brand new. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The location is right next to the terminal, just a 10-minute walk away. It's connected to the terminal by a covered walkway, so you don't have to walk outside – it feels almost like being inside the terminal itself. Service: The VIP fast-track security access, which was advertised on the platform, was provided after we specifically asked for it. There's also a shuttle buggy service to the terminal every half hour, saving you the hassle of lugging your luggage. Summary: Great value for money, definitely worth the price.

The room was very quiet, and the breakfast was abundant. Plus, there's a shuttle bus directly to the airport. The hotel facilities are brand new, and I even loved the hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo so much I might buy them!

I agree with previous reviews – the family room for 1000 is truly excellent value for money. Staying at the airport is perfect for those who tend to be anxious and chatty. The decor is very new, and the buffet breakfast is 58 per person with a good variety of dishes. My suggestion would be to add some Western-style biscuits and cheese.

The family room was great, but the booking details page didn't mention bunk beds, which I only found out about after calling. I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees.
