Urumqi Tianyuan Jingrui Hotel (Tianshan International Airport)

The service attitude was great, and the facilities were clean and hygienic. The lady at the front desk was excellent!

This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities and design are all brand new. It has everything you need, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the room is very clean. Even the elevators are large and smooth. Plus, it's directly connected to the terminal, so you don't have to leave the airport for a transfer, and there are signs inside the airport to guide you. The price is also reasonable. No complaints!

This hotel is great for layovers since it's right in the airport. The room was nice, clean, and well-equipped. The TV was also easy to use. Overall, it's a very good choice.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, especially for an overnight layover as you don't even have to leave the airport. They offer a buggy service for transfers. The room was clean, and although it overlooked an elevated highway, it wasn't noisy at all. We even received a VIP security check voucher. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so finding food and drinks is very easy.

The environment is great, and the service is super enthusiastic, offering pick-up and drop-off, and even fast-track security! 🤙🤙🤙 Hope they keep it up.

The hotel is located right inside the airport. It's just a few minutes' walk from the transportation hub, following the signs, without even having to leave the airport building. The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and odorless. Noise levels were also very low. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there's no convenient way to return your room card outside the room itself; you have to go all the way down to the lobby on the first floor to return it, then go back upstairs to the skybridge connecting the hotel to the terminal.

It was super convenient for an early flight, as the hotel is right next to the airport. No need to wake up early!

Service: Even though it's close to the airport, the service was mediocre. I'm not sure what kind of hotel this is! The front desk staff seemed a bit arrogant, perhaps because of its proximity to the airport. I definitely won't be staying here again. They didn't even offer the VIP security fast track service until I asked about it. Cleanliness: The hygiene was acceptable. For anyone considering this place, think twice. There's absolutely no service to speak of!
