Late check-out until 2 PM was granted, depending on room availability and occupancy. The front desk staff were very accommodating. Parking was super convenient, and the lot was huge. Breakfast was very, very average – they didn't even offer bread and butter. The room itself was good, though the facilities were a bit dated. The lobby was grand.

I didn't pay attention when choosing the hotel, and it's located inside a building materials market with a steep坡 to get in and out. There aren't many dining options nearby, mostly fast-food places catering to merchants. Breakfast is supposedly until 11 AM, but both days we went at 10:30 AM, there was hardly anything left, and they started clearing up around 10:45 AM.

This is an older hotel, but it offers great value for money. The large and spacious parking lot right outside is very convenient. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and proactively upgraded my room, and the check-in process was very fast. However, the facilities are quite old. Room service deliveries took a while. Breakfast was quite simple. Also, while my child was sitting on the sofa in the restaurant, they took off their Crocs, and a hotel staff member reprimanded them quite harshly. At first, I thought there might be some ethnic custom to respect, so I didn't say anything. But after searching online and finding no such custom, and considering it wasn't an ethnic restaurant, the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. I'm leaving a negative review for this reason!

Great location! It's in a prime spot downtown, right across from the city's landmark Red Hill. The room was clean and spacious with a fantastic view, perfect for enjoying the city's night lights. The lobby has a beautiful Western regions (Xinjiang) style with stunning murals in the hallway. Manager Watt was excellent, providing warm and thoughtful service. They had the room ready early and even upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was wonderful for a relaxing hot soak. The hotel has its own free parking for guests, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's not far from the Grand Bazaar and the Loulan Museum, just three bus stops away. The local specialty 'gangzi rou' (pottery stewed meat) with added mushrooms was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend it for its great value for money.

The environment is excellent, and the service attitude is very good. It's definitely worth staying, with a full range of facilities and exceptional value for money. I'd highly recommend it; it will be my first choice next time I visit Urumqi.

This well-established five-star hotel in the city center exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! The location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the city's iconic Red Mountain Tower, which is beautifully illuminated by the环城高速路 (Ring Expressway). It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Muzatijiang at the front desk. He was incredibly proactive and friendly, smiling throughout the entire check-in process, which was quick and seamless with absolutely no waiting time. When he learned I was a visitor from out of town, he thoughtfully offered me a floral and fruit tea and patiently explained the hotel facilities. He even went above and beyond by sharing accurate and practical information about Urumqi's local specialty foods, attractions, and travel tips. Whenever I had questions during my stay, he responded promptly and patiently, resolving issues efficiently. His service was meticulous and considerate. From check-in to check-out, he maintained a professional yet approachable demeanor, which made me feel truly welcome and well-cared for.
