The hotel lobby has a very exotic, luxurious, and grand feel. During my stay, they really focused on the guest experience! Coco also paid great attention to the experience while I was there. Any issues were promptly communicated and resolved, offering a one-stop service. It was excellent. The room arrangements were also very comfortable and clean; I was very satisfied with my stay! Overall, it was great, the environment was beautiful, the room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming and provided thoughtful service, and the facilities were quite complete. Generally speaking, the hotel service was excellent.

The alarm clock in the room acted like an electronic wake-up call; its design was incredibly thoughtless. It went off repeatedly in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. Even unplugging it didn't stop it, and there were no instructions. Neither a long press nor a short press of the power button would turn it off. After turning off one alarm, I didn't want to bother hotel staff to remove it in the middle of the night, but then it went off again. It was a terrible experience. The front desk and staff were actually very nice and patiently apologized, even the Assistant General Manager came, but why wasn't more thought put into this beforehand? I felt it wasn't worth the price.

The room decor was beautiful, with a strong Uighur flair. The hotel lobby staff provided excellent service, and we received welcome fruit upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. We even got a fridge magnet when we checked out. If I visit Urumqi again, I'll definitely stay here!

Manager Coco's service was excellent as always – very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She pre-arranged my room and even asked about my preferences. The location is super convenient, very close to the airport, making travel easy, only 25 minutes away! The lobby is beautiful and decorated with unique Xinjiang characteristics. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!!

On a business trip to Xinjiang, my overall stay was quite good. The hotel has convenient transportation, excellent service, and friendly staff, with complete facilities! The elevator requires a key card for access, which feels safe and secure. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is located in the development zone, very close to the airport, about 25 minutes away, and only 10 minutes from the high-speed train station. The transportation is incredibly convenient. Coco provided warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. She was very considerate of our experience during our stay, answering all our questions. The room she arranged was clean, tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet – we had a very pleasant stay! You need to swipe your card to use the elevator, which made us feel secure. The lobby design has a distinct Xinjiang style, and in the evenings, there are ethnic dance performances in the lobby. The hotel's services are very considerate, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has both above-ground and underground parking, with ample spaces, and parking is free for guests. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining and shopping very convenient! Excellent!
