You can always count on luxury hotel chains; the ambiance and service are consistently impeccable. The service, in particular, stood out. Our butler, Bella, was very attentive. We even asked her about purchasing the bedding and bathrobes because they were so comfortable. The parking attendant, Master Dalong, and the concierge on the first floor were also incredibly helpful, assisting us with all our luggage.

Overall, it was a great stay. The executive lounge offered delicious food, and the breakfast had a wonderful local flair that I highly recommend trying. Candy, who assisted me, provided excellent service and was quick to resolve any issues. The hotel's direct access to Meimei Shopping Mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping.

He proactively and thoughtfully communicated to understand my check-in needs and followed up on my experience throughout my stay. His service was meticulous and attentive. The breakfast at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the housekeeping staff were careful and responsible in their work. Every detail showed the hotel's dedication. My overall stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose to stay here again for future trips!

Executive lounge benefits: Excellent! It was definitely worth it to work there for two days and have six meals. The food was great, not at all perfunctory, and the service was excellent. It's clean, well-equipped, and even has EV charging spots. Everything you need is downstairs, which is super convenient. The concierge uncle at the entrance was particularly kind and helpful, assisting us with our bags and giving directions.

The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint is the hairdryer – the airflow was too weak. Martin at the front desk was very nice! 👍

Facilities: They're okay, but they're still using old-style hair dryers, which really needs an upgrade. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: The building itself is pretty average, not as grand as the one in Shenyang. Service: Very enthusiastic and polite. The concierge and front desk staff were all excellent. However, using outdated hair dryers is definitely a drawback.

The food quality is consistently excellent; the afternoon tea offers a delightful selection of savory and sweet treats, along with local specialty nuts and dried fruits. During happy hour, the hot dishes and exquisite desserts are thoughtfully prepared, and the beverage choices are extensive, including Evian mineral water, freshly ground coffee, and a variety of specialty teas. These details truly showcase the hotel's commitment to quality. I particularly want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Russell Zhang. His service was absolutely impeccable, striking the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always attuned to guests' subtle needs. Each time I visited the lounge, he would proactively greet me, introduce the day's food and beverage recommendations, and answer my questions about local cuisine and travel routes with a natural and effortless demeanor. He was incredibly prompt in taking orders and refilling drinks, maintaining a meticulous and patient approach throughout. He even remembered my casually mentioned taste preferences for subsequent meals. Throughout my interactions, he remained consistently gentle and composed, demonstrating both professionalism and warmth, which added a significant sense of belonging and warmth to my trip. Overall, the hotel's facilities, environment, and dining options are certainly befitting of the Conrad brand. However, Russell Zhang's dedicated service truly elevated this stay beyond expectations. I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi.

This hotel is super convenient! It's located right above a shopping mall, and the whole area is a commercial hub. The Xinjiang Museum is just a quick walk through another mall. The hotel service was also great. Definitely a top choice if you're staying in Urumqi.

For a hotel of this caliber, it was surprising not to see a doorman at the entrance, and there were no signs directing to the parking lot. However, there's an attendant on the first floor who helps with luggage once you've parked. The lobby is on the 27th floor, and it was quite noisy due to a wedding scheduled for the next day. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety and tasted really nice. Our contact person, Candy, had an excellent attitude and was very responsive, so kudos to her!
