Jianzhi Hotel (Urumqi People's Square)

I had a fantastic experience! I accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe when I checked out, and the staff messaged me on WeChat to let me know and even offered to mail them back to me. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend this place. The location is super convenient, close to the subway, and great for dining and city walks. I also loved the smart speaker (Xiao Du) for controlling the lights and air conditioning.

Check-in at the front desk was very quick. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed at night. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

My friend recommended this hotel, so I decided to stay here during my business trip to Urumqi. Overall, it was excellent! The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, and the environment was really nice. The front desk service was fantastic; they were always helpful and very responsible. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly. It was a hot day, and I asked for an extra bottle of water, which they delivered quickly. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable and soft. There's also a gym and laundry room on the basement level, which was really convenient for a quick run and doing laundry. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

This is my second time staying at Urumqi Jianzhi Hotel, and I specifically booked the 45-sqm superior king room. The space is really generous, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is consistently excellent. The bed, especially, is incredibly comfortable – I slept for almost a full day after driving around Yili. The parking is completely free and there are plenty of spots. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi. Highly recommend it!

The service from Xiao Xiong and Susu was exceptional, and our entire stay was very comfortable. All the facilities were great, there were no strange odors, and it wasn't noisy. The water pressure was excellent, making for a really refreshing shower.
