The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen.

Traveling to Urumqi from another city, I was worried about ending up in a subpar hotel, so I specifically chose this chain. It proved to be a smart decision – right from the moment I walked in, I could tell the cleanliness and service met consistent standards, which was reassuring. The front desk attendant saw me with my luggage and proactively offered me a warm glass of water. She also patiently told me where to find good local BBQ and how to get to the Grand Bazaar. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a great night's sleep. I have to praise the breakfast; there were both hot and cold dishes, freshly made noodles, and authentic milk tea. I felt energized and ready to go after eating. When I checked out, the front desk even asked about my stay and reminded me to take all my belongings. That's the great thing about chain hotels – they're reliable, and it gave me peace of mind coming from another region. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Urumqi.

Whenever I called with a request, the staff not only provided patient answers but also quickly came to assist me without any delay. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, plus freshly prepared noodles and congee. It was both satisfying and comforting. If I ever return to this city, Mehoo Lizhi Hotel will definitely be my first choice. It truly offers a home away from home experience.
