We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

I spent a considerable amount of time deciding where to stay in Urumqi and ultimately chose this Atour hotel. When traveling, a hotel's location is truly paramount, and I was extremely satisfied after checking in. I'm already planning to stay here again upon my return from Kanas and Yili! A nice touch is that you can rent traditional ethnic costumes right at the entrance, with no deposit required—just provide your room number. The hotel is also very thoughtful with provisions for guests traveling with children. Most importantly, it's incredibly convenient, being only about 2km from major attractions such as the International Grand Bazaar, Jinquan Shopping Mall, Hotan Second Street, and the museum. Furthermore, an old residential area directly opposite offers a plethora of restaurants and local snacks right at your doorstep, making dining incredibly easy and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

The check-in waiting time was long. The front desk said the manager was checking the room, but we waited for nearly 20 minutes and went upstairs. We saw the waiter was still cleaning. It was already 7:30 in the evening. The room felt small all day long. The window faced the hospital. There was a lot of dust in the room. There were few breakfast service staff and the coffee machine was not disinfected. The overall experience was average and not worth the price of more than 800.
