The hotel was excellent; the pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep. The staff, from the front desk to the room attendants, were all very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The hotel also had adorable robot food delivery, which was very relaxing. Highly recommended! The most satisfying thing was the humidifier!!! As a poor rhinitis sufferer, I no longer have to suffer.

The lady at the front desk is very kind and nice, and the service is in place. The toilet was a bit malfunctioning at night and the maintenance guy fixed it very quickly, which was great. First of all: the rooms in this hotel are very quiet and free from outside interference. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, making me sleep very comfortably. Throughout the entire stay, I felt the meticulous care and attention. Second: The bed was one of my favorite parts of this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and provided enough support for me to have a good night's sleep. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, the sheets and quilt were of high quality, giving a warm and relaxing feeling. Finally: The customer service is really nice ~ they are awesome! Next time
