Basic hotel with needed amenities. Quite far from the city centre but close to the main train station. The receptionists do not speak any English. The one that was there during check-in at night is extremely rude and seems like she basically detests her job.

The hotel's location is very close to the high-speed train station, and they even offered a free shuttle service, which was super convenient for getting to Jingkai Wanda. For the price, it's really great value for money. The front desk staff, Xiaohui, even upgraded my room for free! The room was spacious and warm, and the breakfast had a good variety too. Definitely recommend and I'll be back next time!

The room was surprisingly good. I originally just needed a layover before taking the high-speed train to Yining. The ceiling was high, and it had air conditioning, so I didn't have to worry about the floor heating being too hot. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; for a little over 100 RMB, they had a live cooking station, pastries, salads, and a complete Chinese breakfast. Although the variety wasn't huge, it definitely offered great value for the price. The only minor inconvenience was that they only provided one room card, and you needed to swipe it for the elevator and also use it for power in the room.

My hotel experience was great! It was snowing in Urumqi when I arrived, and the city is truly beautiful. Coming from the south, I've never seen so much snow before – it was amazing. The heating in the hotel was excellent; it was my first time experiencing underfloor heating in a room, and it felt so luxurious. The front desk service was also very good and attentive, explaining all the hotel facilities and amenities on each floor. The only minor inconvenience was needing to use a key card to go up and down floors, but I understand it's for guests' safety, which is a thoughtful detail I appreciate!

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! It's super close to Urumqi Station, just a two or three-minute walk. The lobby area is spacious, and the rooms are really big. The breakfast was also excellent. What really stood out was the front desk service – it's incredibly well-managed, you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. From check-in to check-out and even room assignments, everything was meticulously handled. The female Front Office Manager, in particular, was incredibly attentive; she kept asking about my stay and if I was well-rested. It was so heartwarming! This really is a hotel with a lot of warmth and genuine care!

The guest rooms were full of pleasant surprises: memory foam pillows paired with a soft mattress ensured a great night's sleep, the fully smart control system was easy to operate, the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was clean and tidy, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable and smooth, perfect for both work and streaming without any lag. The amenities truly impressed. The gym lets you maintain your workout routine even while traveling, and the self-service laundry room solves any washing woes on the go. The intelligent robot delivery service is thoughtful and efficient. Breakfast is a delightful fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, featuring not only a wide array of hot dishes, bread, and coffee, but also local specialties – a balanced and delicious start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and enthusiastic service from the staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they patiently offered guidance on local transportation and recommendations for exploring the area. These thoughtful details made me feel incredibly welcome. Whether for a layover or a short trip, this hotel, with its prime location, comfortable experience, and excellent value for money, comes highly recommended!

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were quite good. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time. The lobby layout is spacious and comfortable, and the sofas in the lounge area are soft and stylish, making you want to stay forever. The room's soundproofing is also excellent; you can't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms.
