Xana Hotelle properties in Urumqi

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in (I couldn't help recommending it to my friends), full marks for details💯! The airport shuttle was a business car, the car was clean and the driver was friendly and punctual. The Linglong room I stayed in was on the first floor. When I inserted the room card, the curtains automatically opened and warm pure music BGM sounded. I looked at the hustle and bustle of traffic outside the window through the screen. It was really warm and had a great atmosphere! I like the decoration style, which is retro but not old-fashioned; the room facilities are very warm, with details in place but not dazzling; the hotel is located in a convenient and busy area, not too quiet but not too noisy; the hotel service is quite good, the staff are very friendly and polite, and will try their best to meet customer needs (my face was swollen after a tooth was pulled, and the front desk staff kindly gave me an ice pack to apply on my face). If I have the chance to come to Urumqi next time, I will continue to stay at this hotel!

This is not my first time staying at Xi'an Hotel, but this time I felt really bad staying at this hotel. Facilities: There is not even a sign in the hotel. I searched for it for a long time but couldn't find it. Finally, I saw a lobby for check-in next to an unfinished shopping mall at the end. Parking is in the parking lot of the Riston Hotel next to it. There is no one. The sign tells you where the Xi'an Hotel is. After checking in, we were told that we still had to walk to the nearby Reston Hotel to take the elevator. We walked out of the lobby and walked into someone else's lobby to sit on a certain floor of the office building. The experience was poor. I asked the hotel that night and there was no laundry room. Environment: The equipment and facilities in the room are all in the standard Xi'an style, but they may be old and not new. Some cabinets make noise when they are opened. Overall, it is not bad. Cleanliness: Cleaning is okay, quite satisfactory, no problems. Service: I'm really not satisfied. I parked the car and called to ask where the lobby was. I asked him to turn left. I said I had already reached the entrance of a certain supermarket and where should I go now. He didn't answer directly and just told me to go out. Turn left in the lobby of the Stone Hotel. It's cold. I understand that you don't have money to put up signs. Can you at least tell others the address? When I had breakfast and checked out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk. I didn’t know who to contact to deposit my suitcase. Later, I ate a little and went back to the front desk to check out. Finally, there was a person sitting there eating. He pointed at the front desk and meant to put his card in. That's fine. There were two girls on the first night and one girl on the third night. They didn't even say thank you. It felt like I had to cooperate with their work and not cause them any trouble. The service experience was not good! But there is a boy in the breakfast room who has been looking at things and doing things seriously. He should be praised.

This stay completely exceeded expectations! The location is super convenient, and it is worry-free to travel and foraging. The room was clean to the details, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the shower water pressure water temperature was just right. From the welcome hot tea at check-in to the intimate guidance of the late night, the staff is warm and professional throughout the whole process, and the breakfast buffet style is particularly delicious. The price is absolutely perfect, Amway has given it to friends, and I will stay here next time!
