Los Acebos Ushuaia Hotel

The hotel isn't bad. It tries to be more upmarket than it is. The staff aren't particularly attentive. We had an incident, and for 24 hours, there was no internet connection or Wi-Fi in Ushuaia. Honestly, they weren't helpful at all, as we were cut off from the hotel. For example, there's a bus that runs from the hotel to the city center (five times a day, which is quite scarce and has very convenient schedules for the hotel to allow you to eat there). They wouldn't let us board because we had a small suitcase, and that was hotel policy. It was an exceptional situation, with a tiny suitcase. There was little flexibility and little empathy. Furthermore, the water comes out brown from the sink and shower faucet. If we return to Ushuaia, we'd try another hotel. The views are fantastic.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, overlooking the entire city of Ushuaia. The restaurant is of high quality, with prices comparable to those of popular restaurants in the city, and the service is better than that of ordinary restaurants. There is a drinking water machine in the corridor, and the room faces the city at the foot of the mountain, very close to the glacier, and about five kilometers away from the city center by taxi.

The sanitation is very good and the environment is good. It should be the best hotel I stayed in in Argentina this time, but the price is relatively expensive. It takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to the main street.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's located on a hill, and the views from the hotel are stunning. Although it's a bit far from the city, the hotel has a regular shuttle bus service to the city.

The breakfast pastries are very good, and the dinner is also cooked by a master-level chef!
