The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a lively central street, which made it very easy to walk around Ushuaia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good. A pleasant stay overall.

The advertisement states free shuttle between airport and hotel and port and hotel yet the hotel could not arrange a shuttle from either the airport or to the port. There were repairs that needed to be done in the bathroom. Specifically the handle to the shower kept falling off and the toilet seat was loose. The showered handle never got fixed and I had to tighten the toilet seat myself.

Great location within walking distance of excursions, food, and shopping. The view of the Beagle Channel from my room was also nice. My only complaint is that at night the sound of cars going by was very noisy.

It was perfectly located and rooms were very clean. Staff was polite and easy to talk. Breakfast had good options. will definitely visit again.

Hotel is old and not very comfortable. The bathroom is not good, too narrow. No temperature control. Cleanliness was ok. Little soap on the first night. It was not bad, but nothing spectacular to justify a recommendation.

The rooms were cleaned and staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The rooms were very warm and we could not make it cooler. There is not AC just the radiators to warm up the rooms. We left the window opened and closed the valve that was so supposed to turn off the heater but it didnt work right away. Location is good and walka distance to the downtown.

Sweet little hotel out of the super touristy area of town but just a few minutes walk from it, with plenty of dining options along the way, and very close to the water's edge, parks and famous Ushuaia sign. But bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, because if you get the front side of the hotel, you'll be woken up by locals on their motorcycles. Breakfasts were a mixture of European and North American, with something to please most.

This hotel is very clean and near a main shopping area as well as walking along the harbor. The only thing I did not like was that my room faced a busy street. Good view of the harbor but there were loud motorcycles until Late at night. I had to use earplugs because I had to keep a window open. Room was a little warm when I got there. Remember they don’t need AC. Wish I had brought my portable fan. I was there in late February, early March. It still their summer but quite chilly out.
