The reception staff was friendly and communicative. The room door opened with an electronic code. The heating was adequate. Small inconveniences: The water from the shower came out irregularly, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and there was only one bathtub. The breakfast was continental American, mainly bread, simple and normal, with little variety.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the location plus the fact that they had a restaurant as well. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and fresh food.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is fantastic, right on the main road, just steps from the port where excursion boats depart. The room was beautiful, with soft lighting on the headboard and a bathroom with all the amenities. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The hotel also offers a bar and restaurant if you don't want to go out in the evening. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I highly recommend it because for me it was truly TOP. Thank you for everything!!

We couldn't go because my husband had emergency surgery. We requested a refund of what we paid a month in advance. We sent all the required documentation, but they didn't refund a single cent. Even though they knew we couldn't go, and as if everything else we've been through wasn't enough, they want to charge a penalty for not going. I'm never going back to Ushuaia because of the terrible experience they created at this point in our lives. We won't use this travel platform anymore because it's awful. You can never get in touch with them, and when you do, they don't respond. The photos I can share are my husband's CT scans, his medical records, and his discharge summary. Beware, users!!!

Right next to the main street, very close to all the attractions, good breakfast, clean rooms, but too noisy at night! The front desk lady said there were only rooms facing the street.
