環境很好，房間的大窗户面對大海，高山，山上白雪皚皚，還有免費停車位。早餐不錯，就是稍顯簡單。唯一的缺點就是衞生間，沒有抽風設備，洗澡的下水不好，而且還有一部分流出到衞生間地面。

Classless hotel staff - good luck - they took one situation that could have been easily rectified but chose to take long, painful, unnecessary route - in the end causing me to cancel my reservation and explore other properties for my stay. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights with you about three weeks ago and enjoyed every minute. A stunning location on the Beagle Channel, excellent dining with a view to match, clean and comfortable rooms, and congenial staff. Our waitress, Celia I believe, was very sweet.

We stayed five nights in this hotel outside of town. It is right by the beach and has stunning views over the mountains both on Argentina and Chile sides. Good place to take a walk on the beach after dinner. Functional rooms, many of which have great views. The food in the restaurant is average, but the wait staff is very friendly.

A nice location, on the seashore, just to the west of town. Wonderful views across the Beagle Channel. The rooms are a good size, but not particularly luxurious. The restaurant, at the end of the building, has great views. The food however, was not so great. Breakfast was pretty minimal, in choice and quantity. Dinner offered unexciting choices, which were very indifferently prepared. If you've got the option, go into town for something better.

Si. On peut donner une très belle note c est sa position au bord de l’eau bien qu a 3kms du centre ville Certes une rénovation va s’imposer mais les chambres sont spacieuses et propres Petit déjeuner très banal Accueil..peut mieux faire il faudrait faire un peu d effort Très calme

L'hôtel est situé légèrement en dehors d'Ushuaia. Comme nous avions loué une voiture à l'aéroport, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème (sans voiture, c'est plus compliqué de s'y rendre, même si une navette existe - matin tôt et fin de journée). Un parking gratuit est disponible devant l'hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse, tout comme la salle de bain. Un frigo, un coffre-fort, une grande armoire et un bureau sont à disposition dans la chambre. La fenêtre donne sur un pré, et plus loin sur le canal de Beagle. Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffet, très complet et excellent (fruits, pâtisseries, viennoiseries, pains, œufs, etc.). Je recommande chaleureusement
