My family stayed at Dedeman Oskemen for 2 nights in January 2021. The whole stay was good, the staff was helpful, friendly and caring. We booked 2 rooms- deluxe double room and deluxe suite. Rooms were very clean, very comfy beds. My only concern was about lighting , not enough of sunlight getting into both rooms. Room service was pretty fast and delicious. Also, we really enjoyed the local restaurant downstairs! Great menu, very nice food! I would give it 10/10. p.s: I wish there was a swimming pool and spa area at the hotel. Maybe in future this options will be available. :) p.p.s: forgot to mention an excellent location just near the riverbank.

The front desk English is not good enough and I don't understand the keywords. The heating is gone. I called the front desk three times and who wants to ask others. I don't know how to open it.
