Rooms are too old. Reception are not friendly.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing food. Plus, there are bars nearby, so it gets lively at night, and there's even a night market on weekends. The front desk staff provided great service too.

Hotel OK generally and good value for money. Electric shower could do with a vertical adjuster and a better and longer hose (about 1M installed!). Bath (for shower) not the easiest to get in and out of without risking slipping. I always bring a bath mat to Thailand. Main problem is that there is no restaurant nor is there anywhere to eat in the morning/day. Japanese restaurants nearby appear to offer some western type dishes. Bath towels supplied but no hand towels. Nest time I may choose a hotel with better facilities eg The Kantary albeit at extra cost.

The hotel not far from entertainment area. The room is clean but a little bit old. Staff are willing to help.

First thing, Aircon was not cold. But we were quite tired. So just slept. My friend also found a cockroach in the room. But just took care of it by herself. Cockroaches are big minus for me. Another room’s lock was not working well. So she moved another room but still same problem. Hotel is very large. And a bit spooky. Heard they r renovating now and preparing for grand opening. Perhaps will be better after their grand opening as they are still in progress of maintenance.

There is no pool. It's in the middle of downtown. It costs 40 baht by motorbike from the station.

The key card didn't work, so the staff gave me a key instead. The room was spacious but a little dusty. The bathroom was quite old. There was no hair dryer. The lights in the room were not very bright.

I recommend this hotel. It is very comfortable, the bedroom is very spacious, the bathroom is clean, the staff are lovely, provide good service, and give good advice. Most importantly, when we booked a double bed because the single room was full, but when we arrived, the receptionists said that there was still a single room. Oh, I was very impressed. And another thing I would like to recommend is to stay on Saturday and Sunday because there is a very large market next to the hotel. At night, there is a bar to sit and drink nearby. There is also a convenience store nearby. It is convenient to travel. The first time I stayed here, I was so impressed. Next time, I will definitely stay again. The room was decent, but the price was reasonable. The bathroom wasn't very clean, but if you don't mind, it's fine. I left something behind, but they responded to my emails promptly.

It is easy to find food and there are many shops.

I work and travel as well.

The front staff's response is the worst. There is no cleanliness in every corner of the room. The bathroom is unsanitary. Worst for both rabbits and horns. I don't want to stay here again.

Safety box was broken. Even though the safety deposit box was listed on the facilities menu. When I contacted the front desk, they did not respond and I was forced to carry all my valuables with me.
