Hotel was very clean the suite was very beautiful and the food was awesome definitely will stay again

The room is very clean and super large. The staffs of front desk are very nice!

Hotel was very nice. Has a restaurant on property and the rooms were good size. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative is the lack of decent size elevators. 2 tiny elevators that took forever with a big group there. Overall, a great stay!

Cut my foot on raised tile in bathroom floor. I mentioned it to front desk, they said they will report it to maintenance. Room 711.

I was under the impression that I booked a smoking room. Which it stated in the booking site. Once we got to the hotel, we smoked and got kicked out because the hotel doesn’t have smoking rooms. Very unfortunate.

It was -4 degrees out and I arrived early to the hotel. I sat in my car and called the front desk. NO ANSWER. I placed another call. No answer. I called Hilton honors as I am a member. They connected me. I was told to come to the front desk. I proceeded with my two bags through an unshoveled sidewalk. Got to the side door - Locked for security purposes. 15 mph winds in sub zero temps, and a sign that tells me to call the front desk. NO ANSWER. Sorry Hilton, as far as I am concerned, I won't be staying in your hotels. Also my room was not very nice. Marks on the bathroom floor, smelled of some overpowering scent. The bartender was really nice though.
