The location was great, right by the station. Check-in was fast and easy. They stored my luggage for the day and when I came back it was already taken to my room. COmfortable bed and blackout curtains. I had a corner room with two windows to different directions.

I had to take my own toiletries and pajamas at the front desk. The room was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face wash. There is also a humidifier and air purifier. It was also equipped with a refrigerator. There's a 7-Eleven next door, so if you need anything, you can go shopping right away. The station was also close. The parking lot costs 1000 yen ➕ It's far away, but I don't think it's a big deal.

I saw it as soon as I came out of the station. It's very close. The airport bus is direct. It's convenient. You don't have to go into the city and it's crowded. The building is new and the equipment is very suitable for tourists. There are restaurants nearby, including a 7-11.

Hygiene and environment are all good. The humidifier in the room needs to be cleaned carefully because there is dust.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. I left my suitcases twice, so I could go out and see the sights of Utsunomiya. I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’d recommend it just for the staff and how close it is to the station.

Fantastic reception staff who couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful . Great location for the train station , and the Utsunomiya Don Quijote has a fantastic food hall .
