Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara

Very poor customer service by hotel for not being able to accommodate our request to allow us to early check out. They just kept the money . And the management was very rude.

No refund since i have to cancel last minute due to my work arrangement change

The hotel has excellent hard product - the room quality, amenities, and overall facilities are top-notch. The location is very convenient and well-situated. Breakfast offered decent variety with good options to choose from. However, the service quality was disappointing, particularly at check-in and the front desk. The staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful during the check-in process, which negatively impacted the first impression. Front desk responsiveness throughout the stay left much to be desired. Overall, a property with great potential that is let down by inconsistent service standards expected from a Marriott property. Would recommend for the location and facilities, but don't expect exceptional hospitality.

Good location

Room was ok except for a very bad smell, after informing the reception the situation improved a little but still smelly (window can't be opened). Very good staff service.

Hotel and staff was amazing. Service was top class with delicous breakfast options
