We stayed right by the pier in a small fishing village. The supermarket nearby had amazing and cheap steaks and cod, which was perfect for us to cook ourselves since we had two suites for 7 people. One of the suites had a huge living room, which was great for our friends' gathering. Highly recommended!

The entire resort was great, very beautiful, and in a good location! We booked the Rorbu suite, which had two rooms upstairs and downstairs, both with private bathrooms, which was very convenient! It seems to be a designated hotel for Chinese tour groups though, as breakfast was full of Chinese guests, haha.

Highly recommended to stay here at least one night for your Svolvær trip!

I booked a room for 8 people under one booking number via Trip.com, but when we arrived, the lady at the reception insisted that only 4 guests could stay. Despite showing clear proof of our booking for 8, the hotel refused to accept it. Because of this, we had no choice but to book another 4 rooms at a nearby hotel, costing us an extra 3,870 NOK. If the hotel had not confirmed the 4-person limit, why would I spend extra money booking more rooms? This incident caused both financial loss and wasted time.

I extended my stay by one night. **Room:** For the first night, I was in a duplex room where the upstairs and downstairs shared a living room and kitchen. On the second night, I moved to a one-bedroom suite complete with a living room and kitchen. **Cleanliness:** Good. **Breakfast:** Plentiful. **Facilities:** The room for my first night was on the ground floor, which was convenient. However, my room for the second night was on the third floor with no elevator, making it quite a struggle with large luggage. The upside was a balcony with a fantastic view!

Great location with a beautiful view! The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making for a great start to the day. Highly recommend!

I checked in on a Friday night. The hotel is located right next to a nightclub, and the noise was absolutely relentless, lasting until 2:30 AM! When I tried to complain in the middle of the night, there was no one at the front desk. I had to report the issue through Trip.com customer service the next morning. At check-out, the hotel staff didn't say a word about it; I had to bring it up myself, and their apology was just a quick, insincere 'sorry,' and that was it!

The location was ok. A short walk away from main city area. Away from most tourist spots too. Breakfast is provided. But unfortunately the sky was cloudy and didn’t get to see the northern lights during my stay.

Almost in the city center. Easy to walk to pier. Great breakfast and servive from friendly staffs. Room is cosy, but it is a bit too dark in my opinion.

It’s good for a family with more than 2 people. Some wall outlet needs repair.

The view is beautiful, and the rooms are very nice.

The room had a great atmosphere and was very conveniently located near the town's commercial area and water activity hubs. There's also an excellent aurora viewing spot just a 10-minute drive away; highly recommended.
