Great location in Vail! You do have to walk a few minutes to get the bus one stop to Lions Head Base but overall very convenient!

Front desk people were nice not very knowledgeable. Bartender was rude and obviously didn’t care of the bar was closing

This is an older property for the area, but it’s also the best value for your money. It’s walking distance to the lifts and reasonably priced. And the hot tub is hot.

Only issue was with the water pressure in the shower - very low. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location. Would recommend.

The location was very convenient to Lionshead Village. We were able to check in early and keep our car at the hotel even after check out the next day, which was a big plus. The restaurants in the lobby were both good and we enjoyed the hot tub and the workout area. All of the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. We would definitely return if we travel to Vail again.

The location is fabulous very close to lions head gondola and very convenient walk to the vail bus system There is no heat control in the room and not enough blankets Also the breakfast needs more vegan options and less sugary pastries

Comfortable bed, soft sheets, excellent staff, good complimentary coffee in the lobby. I wouldn’t count on eating a good meal at the hotel. The food at the hotel bar is 2/10. Breakfast is processed yoghurt and pastries 2/10.

Great staff. Housekeeping was fantastic. Convenient location less than 5 min walk to lions head and vail village. Only complaint is Roku tv provides no local channels.

The only pros about the Evergreen is its location - 15 minutes distance Vail Village and 10 from Lionshead. Everything else about this hotel is terrible. It's old and rundown - doesn't look like it's been touched since 1977. If you want to do Vail on the cheap and only go to your room to sleep, this is your place
